RK Chain and Excel Rim Support – Warranty Info
WARRANTY
Your original purchase of RK sealed-ring chain is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for 20,000 of street use or two years from date of purchase, which ever comes first. Off-Road sealed chains are warranted for one-year of off-road use. There is absolutely NO warranty of any kind for an RK Chain used in any racing competition.
NOTES
The RK Chain warranty shall not apply to products subjected to racing, accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse, improper installation or improper uses. Please note that converting from OE pitch to a different pitch is considered an “alteration” and will void warranty. Further, the chain you have purchased herewith IS NOT AN ENDLESS CHAIN and it must be installed by using the included connecting link.
Because of this it is understood that the installation, correct or otherwise is beyond the control of RK Chain, and as such, you are hereby advised that RK Chain, or it’s sales and distribution representatives, shall not be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damages, expense or injury arising directly or indirectly from any failure of the connecting link assembly and/or part of any RK Chain non-endless chain.
