RK Excel America sells only to legitimate businesses in our industry serving the public. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account not meeting our requirements.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
RK Excel America’s sales department is open from 8:00am – 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. We are NOT open on weekends. While we make every attempt to same-day ship orders received before 12:00pm, we DO NOT guarantee orders will ship the day the order has been placed. RK Excel America cannot guarantee delivery dates on ground shipments. If the freight carrier does not meet air ship delivery date, RK Excel America will contact the carrier and will request a refund. If the customer used their own freight account it will be up to the customer to seek a refund from freight carrier for delivery mishaps.
Minimum Order
RK Excel America Inc has a $25.00 minimum order requirement. If your order does not meet the minimum order requirement we will add a $5.00 service charge to the order. There is a $5.00 dropship fee for any orders drop shipped direct to customers. Shipping costs are not factored into meeting the minimum order requirement.
Terms
RK Excel America accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. NO CODs. We do not sell dealer direct unless the product is not stocked by a distributor. Orders by customers without open accounts must be paid in full before products can be shipped. All prices shown on our website or printed material is in USD.

Shipping
Shipping varies by weight and location. We ship via FEDEX Ground or UPS Ground to USA unless otherwise specified during the order process. RK Excel America will ship to street addresses only. No PO Boxes.
Merchandise Returns
Products purchased directly from RK Excel America will be accepted for return provided a return authorization is obtained within 30 days after receipt of order. Please call our Sales Department at 760-732-3161 to receive a return authorization number.
Orders that are returned due to customer error will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Mark the return authorization number prominently on outside of package and send ground freight prepaid to: RK Excel America Inc, 2645 Vista Pacific Drive, Oceanside, CA 92056. Returns sent via COD will be rejected.
Limited Warranty
All products sold by RK Excel America Inc., are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products will be replaced or credited AFTER a complete inspection of the item. RK Excel America makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. RK Excel America will not be held liable for any loss or damages incidental, direct or consequential from the use of, or inability to use, RK and Excel products. Use other than specified voids warranty. Any alterations to products or product mounting areas, also voids warranty. All parts should be installed by a certified technician.

We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without notice and without further obligation. The reproduction of any material from our website or printed material is forbidden without our written approval.

RK Excel America will never divulge, release, rent or sell ANY contact or sensitive information to ANY third party. Your payment details like credit card numbers are sent over an SSL secure connection to the payment gateway.
Unless you signed up for our newsletter, you will not hear from us by e-mail for any other reasons than those related to your orders.
